Dear Steve,
Just a note to thank you for repairing our slot machine so quickly last Thursday. We drove from Sacramento planning to drop off our Harrah’s Quarter Slot Machine to have it repaired and then drive back when it was fixed. You dropped what you were doing and fixed our machine while we waited. That saved us a second trip and not only that, when we got home we had our machine up and running. You are the “Master of the Slot Machines”. We are lucky to have you so close.
